Photoshoot Coordinator & Wardrobe Stylist - Denver, CO

The Role:

You're a trendsetter, a self-starter, and take pride in using fashion as a powerful visual language.

This role will partner closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams to plan and execute photoshoots that bring the brand story and marketing campaigns to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Styling 1-2 photoshoots per month:
  • Creating & presenting storyboards – to include inspiration, outfits, Freebird styles
  • Pitch ideas and provide inspiration for visuals and locations
  • Work with eCommerce Merchandising team to accurately represent product and Freebird brand online
  • Overseeing & managing the photoshoot calendar
  • Seeking, contacting & booking models/talent
  • Upholding contractual agreements with models – responsible for all communication with models
  • Invoicing for all photoshoot related costs (Models, locations, clothing, etc.)
  • Preparing all materials for photoshoots (clothing, accessories & shoes) that will be used in the shoot so they’re ready to go. This includes print documents including products, models, lifestyle images and inspiration. 
  • Responsible for pulling, recording and returning all garments in a timely manner.
  • Meets deadlines, prioritize appropriately, copes well with change, and maintains composure under pressure.
  • Responsible for capturing behind the scenes content along with additional content that could be used across social media channels
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to work in a team environment, give honest, direct feedback and is a solid verbal and written communicator

Requirements:

  • 2+ years photo styling experience
  • Fashion/Retail experience preferred
  • A great eye for trends, style and visual composition.
  • Proven experience with fashion standards, demands and need for attention to detail.
  • Avid observer of fashion and media trends
  • High level of initiative and proven ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-Centric Focus – Deep understanding of how to create visually impactful experiences that resonate with customers and drive sales.

This is a temporary, in-office role based at our headquarters in Denver, Colorado, with the potential to transition into a full-time position. Candidates must have availability to work in-office at our Headquarters. Part-time hours must fall between Monday through Friday, from 9AM to 5PM MST.

Compensation: $23-$25 hourly
